Artsmark

Artsmark is the creative quality standard for schools, accredited by Arts Council England. Newlyn Art Gallery & The Exchange is an Artsmark Partner, part of an endorsed network of arts and cultural organisations that can support schools in their commitment to embed arts and culture across the curriculum.

Working with us as an Artsmark Partner supports your setting in offering a wide range of high quality arts and cultural activity, with a particular focus on visual arts, as part of your curriculum offer.

Arts Council England’s seven Quality Principles are intrinsic to the delivery of our programme. This ensures that activity is excellent, authentic, inspiring and inclusive. Our team of experienced artist-educators are skilled in actively involving children and young people in process, imbuing a sense of ownership and enabling personal progression.
