JERWOOD NEWLYN RESIDENCY
A series of six residencies at the gallery between 2021 and 2023. We recently interviewed for the first two residencies, to take place between in 2021. The second call for the remaining four residencies will be advertised here later in 2021.
NATIONAL PARTNERS PROGRAMME
In 2019 we were awarded funding from Arts Council England to create new exhibitions and creative projects using the Arts Council’s fantastic collection of more than 8,000 artworks by nationally and internationally acclaimed artists.
The Arts Council Collection National Partners Programme is an exciting new strand to our work at the gallery and will enable us to broaden our engagement with new audiences and connect even more artists and their work to Cornwall.
As a direct result of winning this funding, we have created a number of new positions within the gallery team to help deliver this exciting programme.
BECOME A VOLUNTEER
Volunteers’ enthusiasm and commitment contribute greatly to the culture and ethos of the galleries. If you have some time to spare, an interest in contemporary art and enjoy meeting people, then volunteering with us could be for you.
We are currently looking for volunteers to support our front of house team, help with administrative tasks and to carry out surveys and evaluations with our visitors. If you can give a regular commitment of as little as half a day a week or fortnight, we’d love to hear from you.
