THE EXCHANGE CAFE / TUE – SAT, 10.00 – 16.00

The Exchange Café is light and spacious, making it the perfect spot for coffee with friends or to sit and work for the day. We serve delicious savoury toasties using local ingredients, accompanied by a side salad grown at Growing Links’ Community Garden, as well as Polgoon soft drinks, Tugboat Teas, and Olfactory coffee. All our sweet treats are gluten-free and made locally by BB’s Bakery in Redruth.

THE GARDEN CAFÉ at NEWLYN ART GALLERY WITH PICKLE ON THE PROM / THU – MON, 08.00 – 16.00

The café is housed in a converted shipping container in the garden at Newlyn Art Gallery. We are delighted that for the winter ‘Pickle On The Prom’ is operating from the container and serving their homemade cakes, and savoury light bites, to eat in or takeaway. You can sit at the bench in the container, there is a covered seating area in the graden, or you may take your food and drink to the first-floor studio when it’s not in use. Pickle are open from 08.00 Thu – Mon, with coffee and teas available from The Studio on Tues & Weds, 10.00 – 16.00.
The café is accessible from Newlyn Green, through the white gate. During the summer, there are deckchairs and tables on The Green, with fantastic views across Mount’s Bay and just a stone’s throw from the beach.
