SPECIAL WINTER VIEWING DAYS FOR SCHOOLS & COLLEGES
On Mondays and Tuesdays throughout the winter when the galleries are closed to the general public we can offer you the opportunity to visit for FREE our hugely popular exhibitions, Extraordinary Postcards for Extraordinary Times and Grayson Perry: The Vanity of Small Differences.
An education pack for The Vanity of Small Differences is available on request. This can be used as part of a group visit or could be adapted and applied independently in the classroom. All we ask is that you let us know how you used it and answer our short questionnaire.
Both of our award-winning venues showcase the very best of national and international contemporary art, including that produced in the region.
“I just wanted to thank you and Naomi for the workshop. I got really positive reactions back from the children once we returned to the centre. The prints they produced were great and they are really proud of their work, they questioned why I hadn’t done some of these things back at school – I am going to have to get back into the classroom myself! Everyone went out of their way to make my students feel at home, welcome and capable, thank you.”
Jeremy Cole, Art Teacher, Penwith Alternative Provision Academy, 2015.
