An extra-special Supper Club this week with a menu created by our very own Deputy Director & Exhibitions Curator!
To start: Bhel Puri
A tangy, spicy Mumbai street snack; a cone of puffed rice, papdi, sev, onion, tomato, tamarind chutney, green chutney and pomegranate.
Main course: Smoked Salmon Poke
A riff on Hawaii’s freeform version of sushi; a bowl of rice, seaweed salad, radish pickle, spring onion, furikake and marinated smoked salmon.
For dessert: Mini Milk Pops
Mango Lassi / Pineapple & Coconut Milk / Cardamom Kulfi
Plus a glass of wine
The menu is meat, egg and wheat-free.
A vegan version is also available (please mention if you require the Vegan option at the time of booking)
£15 per person, food served 6.30 – 9pm
