Salary: Band 4 scale point 14-18 £18,590.86- £20,924.1 (pro-rata)

We are looking for a cheerful and practically-minded catering supervisor to manage our catering offer at The Exchange. The right candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for food with a history of managing a successful catering operation.

You will be responsible for putting together a simple offer that delivers on our café values .With the operations manager you will ensure that the café generates significant levels of income to support the organisation’s core work and deliver events that bring in additional revenue. You will ensure that the café is cost efficient and hits budgetary targets, and manage the staff team to provide a complete café offer.

This role comes with Duty Manager responsibilities.
