The Exchange
As part of Voluntary Arts Festival we present a day of activities at The Exchange, open to all.
11.00 – 15.00 in The Engine Room
- Drop in family art workshop with Alice Ellis-Bray £2 donation
- Drop in family photography workshop with Peter Lower £2 donation
10.00 – 16.00 in The Exchange Café
- The Newlyn Knitters will be in residence knitting for charity, working on their Penzance Pirate Ship.
PLUS: Newlyn Art Gallery & The Exchange volunteers will receive 50% discount in The Exchange Café for the day.
Voluntary Arts Festival takes place each May, in cities, towns and villages across the UK and Republic of Ireland. It’s a chance for people to get creative – share what they already do, or try something new for the first time.
Creativity comes in many forms, from music and singing to visual art and craft, digital art and drama to cooking and gardening. However you choose to express yourself, you can take part in Voluntary Arts Festival.
