We’re looking for someone with hospitality experience and a strong personal vision to independently run and manage the café.

  • Capacity: 30 seated
  • Comfortable layout including two sofas, tables, and a tall bar with stools
  • Family-friendly corner with books and creative materials for children
  • Free wi-fi for all visitors

Fully equipped commercial kitchen, including:

  • Two fridges
  • One freezer
  • One commercial display fridge
  • Ample prep space
  • Cooking facilities

Accessibility: Step-free access throughout the café and gallery


Operating Details

  • Current opening hours: 10.00–17.00, 5 days a week (Tuesday–Saturday)
  • Extended opening: 7 days a week during summer holidays
  • Evening events: Occasional, with potential for café service (licensing TBC)
  • Footfall: The Exchange welcomes thousands of visitors annually through its exhibitions, events, and community programming.
  • We are open to ideas around menu, branding, and events, and are happy to collaborate on promotions that support both the café and the gallery.
