If you feel passionate about climate change, and you’d like to write for the theatre, this workshop is for you.

Guided by professional playwright, Sara Bodinar, you’ll write a script with an environmental theme that will engage audiences, to make them laugh, as well as cry!

  • Write a compelling 10-minute play that you can then submit to theatres.
  • Guidance on how to expand your play into a full-length dramatic work.
  • Discover what actors / producers are really looking for in a script
  • Learn insider script-writing tips including how to get your work in front of theatre industry decision-makers and pitch it to them.
  • Have a fun-filled day and meet like-minded souls
  • Lunch included

No previous writing experience necessary. Sara will make the process of putting your ideas on paper simple and fun, but also rewarding. At the end of the day you’ll have created a new, exciting piece of writing that you’ll be eager to share with the world. Whether you’re planning to start your script-writing career here, develop existing script-writing skills, or you’re looking for a creative distraction, this day course has been developed by writers for writers.

£35 per person, booking essential as places are limited.
