Warm up body and mind, restore and re-energise with an hour of flowing yoga practice to wake up the body and start your weekend of wellness. You’ll move from the mat, to a rejuvenating sauna session with Rising Embers, with the option to enjoy an invigorating sea dip. Views, fresh air, and a mindset of wellness, getting you ready for the weekend ahead.

11.00 – 12.30 Breathwork and nervous system resilience
Anna de Vere is a Breathwork Facilitator and yoga teacher of 13 years.
In this session, we will explore how the breath and nervous system interact. Using the breath we can release stress and unwind tension patterns, find calm, and access our natural vitality bringing a renewed sense of aliveness.

A talk on foraging for wellbeing
Forage Together Interactive Talk – Learn how foraging can help you connect to yourself, others and the world around you in this interactive talk and workshop. Discover the relationship between weeds, well-being, health and community. Learn about wild foods that are good for climate change, wildlife and us and participate in a discussion about how foraging could make our local and global world a better place.

TRUDY LARGE: CORNISH FLOWER PRESS
15.00 – 17.00 An introduction to wildflower pressing
Trudy Large creates botanical artwork from the pressed flowers and foliage collected from her small wildflower meadow and beautiful Cornish hedgerows. Trudy will teach the process of flower pressing and how to achieve the best results. She’ll demonstrate how to mount the botanicals so you can compose your own pressed flower artwork.
All tools and materials will be provided along with card blanks and a picture frame for your creations.
