Newlyn Art Gallery
Shallal Dance Theatre will be in residence at Newlyn Art Gallery for a weekend of visual art and dance to showcase their diverse talents.
There will also be an immersive light installation by light artist Peter Freeman in the lower gallery. Peter makes light sculptures and installations using neon and LEDs.
There will be two opportunities to see Shallal’s Embodied Space performance from its Here and Now tour, described by audience members last summer as a “mind-blowing, soul-moving, powerful performance”. Audiences will be treated to an immersive performance where light installation, improvised soundscapes and dance come together.
