The Engine Room, The Exchange
In partnership with Hypatia Trust, artist Bryony Gillard will explore the relationships between peripheral landscapes, female experience, sexuality, and creativity, drawing on the writings of the Modernist poet, and Isles of Scilly resident, H.D.
Through a series of performative exercises, we will collectively explore what our own jelly-fish experiences might be, and how we might use the spaces between poetry, prose, improvisation and autobiography to translate experiences that exist beyond the visible or thinkable.
£5 with funded places available for those on limited means. Boooking through Eventbrite.
This workshop is aimed at people identifying as female or non-binary.
