Yoga, Lunch & Bloody Marys
We want to help you keep to your healthy new year resolutions with our ‘Feel Good Saturday’ event.
We will start with a 45-minute yoga class, suitable for all abilities, followed by a super-healthy mixed salad plate for lunch and a (not quite so healthy) Bloody Mary.
The event costs £10 per person, and includes a 45-minute yoga session, lunch and a Bloody Mary (or a healthier option!)
Booking is essential as numbers are limited.
