CHILDREN’S WORKSHOP FOR 7 TO 11 YEAR OLDS
As Easter draws close, wet felt your own eggs for your chosen creature! Using the softest alpaca wool sourced from a local farm and sheeps’ wool in all colours of the rainbow, we will embrace a time of new beginnings while understanding the properties of an ancient and natural material.
This workshop is led by Maya Ronchetti, a Cornwall-based artist often working with natural materials. Maya also works all over Cornwall running well-being workshops, as the Primary Schools Coordinator for a local charity. She has enjoyed running craft workshops each year at festivals such as Tropical Pressure and believes in the importance of creativity in children’s lives, especially if it draws them closer to nature.
£8 per child, all materials provided.
