AN EVENING OF ARTISTS’ FILMS ON THE THEMES OF WE ARE FLOATING IN SPACE, WITH PAY BAR AND RUBY JUNES’ STREETFOOD.

Films by Naomi Frears, Rhys Morgan, Amy Pennington, Tony Plant, SHARP, Melanie Stidolph, and Eleanor Turnbull.

To start the evening, join us for Samosa Chaat: samosa served with spicy chickpea curry & yogurt*, a popular north Indian street food by the wonderful Ruby Junes, £8 per pot, reserve now but pay on the night. (*vegan and GF available)

We premier Melanie Stidolph’s new film The next dawn, the next spring, followed by a short Q&A. The evening continues with screenings of short films by artists Naomi Frears, SHARP, and Eleanor Turnbull continuing themes from their works in We Are Floating in Space, and the premier of Rhys Morgan’s new queer sea shanty film. The evening also includes short films by Tony Plant, and Amy Pennington, our recent Jerwood Newlyn artist in residence.

  • 19:15 Break, pay bar
  • 19:45 Screenings of short films by SHARP, Tony Plant, Eleanor Turnbull, Amy Pennington, Naomi Frears, and Rhys Morgan.

FREE ENTRY, but booking essential as places limited.  Pay bar open throughout.
